2003 Allison 2000

First time going thru an Allison 1000 and it was trashed. Planetaries all chewed up. Shift valve E code. Got new planetaries, reman valve body with new solenoidss and steel valves, red pressure regulator spring in pump, red clutches, new MLP. Checked pressure sensor plate with ohm meter and checked for "on/off" of each switch and replaced all orings. Checked out good. Had no reverse when they first installed but they forgot to plug in something and fixed wires in column from shifter. Now it wants to take off in limp mode and I am waiting on a new pressure switch since it has a P0846. Any other reason it may be acting this way? Everything air checked perfectly from 35psi up to 100psi (shop pressure).
