Increased pressure was likely to mask a problem.

Line Pressures

Pump Pressure Stall WOT
Cold 275psi
Hot 220psi

Rear Test port pressure Stall WOT
Cold 95
Hot 90

Is the rear test port the low piston or is it for gov pre?

Fluid is burning now, going have to remove it.

rear port is modulated pressure

L/R clutches burnt

Air check all before tear down and perfect holds.

No crack in rear piston, no bleed hole.

Pretty sure my problem is the side plate on the vb was off just enough to not allow the vb halves to sit flush on one corner. Will tighten side plate last this time. Hate learning this way.

Modulator valve pulled 20hg on vac test so case is good.
