I rebuilt this unit on an f150 2004 for broken gear train and now it’s back again for the same thing
Any thoughts

make sure driveshaft yoke is not bottoming out on the output . The output is too long sometimes and it is more on trucks for some reason

this is a 4by4 so does it still apply to the out put shaft in the t case?

well i just pulled the trans and converter and the pump stator was sheared off I was wrong on the geartrain damage, ive never seen this before. could a faulty converter cause this?
