62TE codes P0732, P0735/ P0792 & P1792 after rebuild

I just rebuilt a 62TE in a 2010 VW Routan and the warmer it gets the worse it gets. P0792 is a compounder speed ratio error and P0732 is gear ratio error in 2nd. 1-2 shift gets slippage. You can slip 2nd gear while moving and gassing on it, but sitting still with OTC Encore scan tool locked in 2nd gear test, there is no slippage. You have to gas on it hard after warm to get P0735 for 5th gear ratio. It is easy to set the other codes as soon as it gets a little heat in it. Did total rebuild, master with steels, all 4 bonded pistons, but used the direct compounder retainer and the underdrive retainer over. I replaced all solenoids and the solenoid pack with new. I also replaced the low drum with A132557A and the direct compounder drum with A132555. Air check wasn't real good, but I know that the plastic sealing rings stink for air checking. Talked to my sales rep in Philly warehouse and he said he had a customer with a defective low drum already. I ordered a teflon coated drum A132557AB to try. Does anyone think that it maybe a defective low drum to direct compounder drum sealing issue?

the drum itself is probably fine , the vendor has reached out and they have issues with the rings supplied . Do not use the non-rotational rings supplied with the drum . transtar will be removing the rings on the drum , use the rings supplied with the Overhaul kit .

Are the sealing rings that come with the aftermarket low drum still an issue? i have 2 of theses on my bench and they both need drums.

They started to put in the OE rings , that being said I would use the ones that come in the overhaul kit myself .
