2008 town and country 4.0 liter 62te FIXED

Post by bndtransmission » Mon May 01, 2017 11:12 am

Hi guys,
The concern with this one is dies when shift to d position, does NOT die in reverse, no codes... if you are quick on throttle you can take off and trans works fine until
coming to stop it will die, feels like converter is not disengaging ...very limited info out there, i see there is a clutch pack with many solenoids which has to be purchased
as an assembly, I also see there is a seperate pressure sensor and solenoid mounted in valve body, best i can tell the solenoid is used to either engage low/reverse or when switched will send pressure to Tcc. could this cause the issue to die in Drive only? I appreciate any input thank you!
