I HAVE A 1999 HONDA CIVIC THAT HAS 111,000 MILES ON IT. RUNS GREAT BUT THE TRANS PULLS FOR A SHORT DISTANCE AND THEN QUITS. YOU CAN DROP IN GEAR AND NOT FEEL IT ENGAGE. ANY IDEAS I HAVENT DEALT WITH MANY HONDAS. THANKS

The most common problem i encounter on these is restricted filters, some have external and internal filters..the case usually has to be cracked in order to replace internal filters...if pressure loss is due to restricted filters there usually will be signs of slippage on clutches or worse...obviously check for codes , install gauge and monitor pressure while driving..
