Learning a lab scope

Post by brettsb16a2 » Tue Sep 15, 2015 9:20 am

I have been messing around with a SnapOn vantage. I really want to learn it. It has those many preset tests for many type of vehicles but I have learned those tests aren't always as accurate. Today I am testing a speed sensor signal out of a 97 Chevy 4x4 at the ecu. I was able to get a signal but just wanted to know, what setting you use for speed sensor signals. Thank you!

nevermind, I just took the preset settings and adjusted the time. Great signal at the pcm, pcm not seeing it, replacing pcm.
