Verus communication issues.

Hi all,

Is anyone having issues with Snap on and their Verus wireless scanner not communicating during a road test. I spent 5 hours yesterday troubleshooting our scanner with Snap on's tech support. Our dealer spent at least another two. Apparently I am the only on on the planet having issues with this scanner unless you google it. Frustrating to use up so much time and not work on paying problems.
