ATRA membership question

Post by veteranmech007 » Fri May 16, 2014 7:18 pm

Hi guys so figured this might be the best place to post this question. Now that I have finally gotten my new space set up and full on running I went ahead and signed up with ATRA. was kind of browsing all the stuff I have access to as a member but one question. I went to check out mitchell1 and it says I need an activation number to use and to submit a ticket.

When I go to the ticket page I don't see any place to click or fill out for an activation number just the boxes for transmission questions. am I just missing something, I tried calling them directly but I think they went home for the day.

I have never used it but from what I understand on how it works you first have to ask the transmission question and then you get a ticket number which allows you to use Mitchel for this vehicle only.

LOL I like that robot head too, that's why I picked it. It is a mix of the one for the transmission side and the one for the converter side that the graphics department put together a while.

A guy named Bill Dunlop out here in So. Cal. liked it so much he had it tattooed on it's back! First time I saw the picture I thought it was fake, but I have since met him in person many times, and it is real. Now that's hard core!
