im not a complainer but this is getting ridiculous about 2 weeks ago im building a 350C ordered over sized intermediate steels get ready to assemble it i get steels for a 904 no big deal things happen so re ordered it got more 904 steels 3 rd time got it right so now im building a 48 RE ordered red clutches for the od unit got 5 904 pressure plates next day got the right clutches also ordered a 5 clutch direct drum they sent me a 4 clutch drum got another drum same thing a 4 clutch unit now im getting frustrated because im having to pay for these parts over then send the wrong ones back and wait to be credited plus the having a vehicle longer than promised its not my salesmans fault all the parts are boxed and billed right but packaged wrong i mostly deal with the Pittsburg ware house they some times ship from Cleveland hope they can get some better organization

thanks for looking into it as for the 48re drum i sourced one from an other transmission shop i know there can be a wrong part now and then but this is getting more frequent also does $ 846 dollars sound high for a new direct drum thats what my rep said a new one was

$850, That's crazy! 350C used unit maybe hard to find, but I would look at that first. How is the customer going to feel, when you call and have to add that to your rebuilt price?
