2005 Chevy trailblazer tcc lockup
rebuilt trans new tc sure cure kit new tcc/pwm solenoid came in with tc burnt up now sill falling in n out of lockup any help would be appreciated

All new bushing on every trans I do I was thinking mit be the lock up solenoid it was a after market wiring harness i used

Small orifice in pump that feeds fluid between tcc valve and solenoid plugged?

Ok so I got back on this 4l60e I took it all the way back down only thing I could find is one of the two stator seals was cut on the stator found a bur on bushing on the rev input shaft replaced bushing n seals do you guys think that was the problem a cut stator seal i have been all back threw it only thing I can find would like to see what yall think before I put it back in thanks

seal would only affect reverse .did you do anything to tcc valve in valve body?

put the sure cure kit in it its back in and still have a tcc problem still slipping

The fitzall 1870 valve is great. Stops all pulsing and part lock up. Once the computer asks for lock up. It comes on full. Very cheap and use no reamers. Tricky sometimes to get the o-rings to not cut. But they give you spares incase of that. If you in stall this and have a slip.. you dont have the o-ring on the output shaft or a bad converter.
